Wind Rivers

Chad and I went on a pack trip to the Wind Rivers in Wy. Chad had never been on one and since this is a Morlin O. favorite we decided to break him in.

The horse whisperer with the horses Chad and I rode. Chad rode Roxy and Stardust and I rode Tausha-the curly paint. She did great for being green broke.

Our campsite the first couple of nights. It was soooo cold the entire time! At night the moisture in the air froze looking like snow and the last two nights it got warm enough to leave some actual snow.

My brother Rich and his wife Jen. Jen was the fishing queen, catching fish every couple of casts.

Fish for dinner! Chad loved the fishing hence all the fishing pictures. (You can also check out Jen's awesome blog for more details)

You guys need to move here. We could buy a big farm and Kara could teach us everything we need to know. I think that would be awesome... but you would probably miss the West. :)

What fun you guys have had. I have had to work on projects by my lonesome back here. And guess what - I can't get the hooter hider tutorial anymore and I need to make one. I don't know if I can do it by myself. I have a feeling there will be some unstitching without my trusty instructions.

I'm here visiting my parents and we can't believe how beautiful it is there. Did Chad write his name on his gloves or is that the brand?
